Terms & Conditions

Please bear in mind that the process of ceramics is a slow and beautiful one.  Although all efforts are made to get your piece to you as soon as possible, it cannot be rushed. 

 

Lead Times: If the product needs to be made it will ship within 3 – 6 weeks depending on where I am in the making process at that time. All wholesale lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become back ordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of payment. If products are in stock they will ship within 2-3 business days.

 

Custom Orders: All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable once order is placed.

 

Collaborations: I love to work with other designers / artists / makers, if you have an idea that you want to share with me, please feel free to get in touch.

 

Return Policy: If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit. Please contact Soenchie to let me know before shipping anything back. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

 

Damaged Goods: I carefully package and check each order before it ships out. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Replacement products will be sent out as soon as possible.

 

Non-returnable/exchangeable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items – only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

 

All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and glazes/ colors may vary.
